I had a very enjoyable experience at the Sheraton Ottawa Hotel. The spacious guest room was elegantly decorated and easily accessible for someone my age. The staff were warm and friendly, making me feel right at home during my stay.

The beds were incredibly comfy, making for great sleep every night of our stay. I appreciated the large room size, which offered ample space for our group. The hotel's location was decent, with Byward Market and Rideau Centre within a reasonable walking distance of about 10-15 minutes. The nearby subway station added convenience for exploring the area.

The hotel seemed quite dated, which didn't meet my expectations for the price.
